Polly is one of those leaders who genuinely cares. She'd always check in to see how we were doing and made time to help us out. On top of that, she got the team to consistently deliver quality results on time. We worked together on a number of multinational learning projects with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds. It's amazing how she can connect with everyone in the room and turn that into real results for the project. For each project she demonstrated deep knowledge of learning principles, content development and course deployment. Polly's great at keeping everything organised, which is a huge help when you've got lots of different projects to juggle. Plus, she's really into using AI tools to make everyone's work better, always on the lookout for cool new ways to make your life easier. What I really admire about Polly is her warm, approachable vibe. She's always got your back.
